Nana’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Family Classic cookie that doesn’t need to just stay in the family – you need to try these too!

Ingredients

  • 10 T Butter (melted or soft)
  • 2/3 C Coconut oil
  • 2 C Coconut Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 t Vanilla Extract
  • 3 C Flour
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • 2 C Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add in both eggs and beat into mixture – then add in your vanilla.
  4. Add flour, salt and baking soda all on top of each other and give a quick mix with a fork before mixing this dry blend into the rest of the wet batter in the bowl.
  5. Fold in your chocolate chips.
  6. Roll 1-1.5″ dough balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
  8. Try to just eat one… jk.
