Family Classic cookie that doesn’t need to just stay in the family – you need to try these too!

Ingredients
- 10 T Butter (melted or soft)
- 2/3 C Coconut oil
- 2 C Coconut Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 3 C Flour
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 2 C Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
- Add in both eggs and beat into mixture – then add in your vanilla.
- Add flour, salt and baking soda all on top of each other and give a quick mix with a fork before mixing this dry blend into the rest of the wet batter in the bowl.
- Fold in your chocolate chips.
- Roll 1-1.5″ dough balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
- Try to just eat one… jk.
